Job summary

Pilot Company in Kentucky is hiring to keep our travel center clean and welcoming. You will maintain store cleanliness, clean showers and restrooms, handle towels, and support general repairs to keep facilities guest-ready.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays. We offer weekly pay, a fuel discount, free daily meals, health plans, PTO, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work well in a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Flexible schedule required (nights, days, weekends, holidays).
• Experience in a similar position preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment and ability to fix small problems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers
• Performing general repair/maintenance of the store
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities
