Job summary

Pilot Company in Fort Stockton, TX is seeking a Facility Services team member to maintain store cleanliness and support daily operations. You will help ensure clean showers, restrooms, and overall facilities while delivering friendly guest service.

The role requires physical effort (lift 50 pounds), a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and teamwork to keep guest areas welcoming and safe.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with ability to work in a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk most of the day.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in a similar position (preferred).
• Knowledge of industrial equipment and basic repairs (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers
• Performing general repair/maintenance of the store
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities
