Job summary

Pilot Flying J in Fernley, NV is hiring for entry-level store roles focused on cleanliness and guest service. You will maintain facilities, clean showers and restrooms, handle towels, and assist with general store upkeep while delivering friendly service to travelers and guests.

The position supports a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, with opportunities for growth within travel centers and restaurant roles across the network.

Qualifications

• Must be a highly motivated self-starter.
• Able to work as part of a team to serve guests.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand long shifts.
• Willing to work flexible schedules including nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the store.
• Clean showers and restroom facilities.
• Wash, load, and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general repair/maintenance of the store.
• Pickup and dispose of trash around the travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
