Job summary

Pilot Company in Fairview is seeking team members to maintain clean facilities and deliver excellent guest service at our travel center. You will help keep showers, restrooms, and common areas pristine and assist guests throughout their visit.

The role offers starting pay between $12.50 and $18.23 per hour with weekly pay, meals provided, health plan options for full-time staff, paid time off, and family leave. Flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk most of the day.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work as part of a team and stay motivated.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities
