Pilot Company in Elm Creek, Nebraska is hiring a Store Maintenance Associate to keep the travel center clean, stocked, and welcoming. You will clean showers and restrooms, wash towels, perform basic repairs, and manage waste while providing excellent guest service.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Prior experience is a plus, but motivation and teamwork are essential.
