Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring a Facilities Services team member in Oregon. You will help maintain clean, well-kept travel center facilities and assist guests with a friendly, efficient service experience. Roles include restroom and shower upkeep, trash removal, and basic repairs.

The position requires willingness to work varied shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and contribute to a positive guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a self-starter and highly motivated.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk most of the day.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in a similar position preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment and basic repairs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities
