Job summary

Pilot Company in Cedar Rapids is seeking a Facility Services team member to maintain a clean store, clean showers and restrooms, and manage towels for showers, while performing general maintenance. You will help ensure a welcoming guest environment in a travel center setting.

The role offers weekly pay, affordable health options for full-time staff, paid time off, and opportunities to train in other travel-center roles. A flexible schedule includes nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated self-starters.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk most of the day.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store.
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities.
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers.
• Performing general repair/maintenance of the store.
• Taking out trash around travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
