Pilot Company in Byron, ME is hiring for a Facility Services role focused on keeping the store clean, well-maintained, and guest-friendly. You will clean showers, restrooms, and common areas, handle towels, and assist with general repairs to ensure a positive guest experience.

The position supports a fast-paced travel center environment with a focus on safety, efficiency, and weekly pay. Training and opportunities for other roles are available.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated self-starters.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred: experience in a similar position.
• Preferred: knowledge of industrial equipment and ability to fix small problems.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store.
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities.
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers.
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store.
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
