Pilot Company is looking for a Facilities Services team member in Brookshire, TX. You will help keep the travel center clean, maintain showers and restrooms, handle towels, and perform general upkeep to ensure a welcoming guest experience.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, flexibility to work nights, days, weekends and holidays, and a teamwork mindset. Prior similar role experience is a plus, with opportunities for growth within the network.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with ability to work in a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Willing to work nights, days, weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience in similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment a plus.

Responsabilités

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities
