Job summary

Planned Companies is hiring friendly Janitors and Custodians for a part-time shift in Belmar, NJ. You’ll keep common areas and bathrooms clean to protect tenants, guests and vendors in a safe, healthy environment.

Responsibilities include vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing fixtures, emptying trash, and reporting needs. You can work well on a team or independently, and communicate clearly. A high school diploma is preferred.

Schedule: 1 day per week, about 3 hours; pay: $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Willing to stand on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Experience in similar roles using cleaning products and equipment.
• Able to work on a team as well as independently when needed.
• Strong report writing and clear verbal communication skills.
• A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.

• Dusting and polishing surfaces throughout the building including countertops and fixtures.
• Scrubbing and sanitizing bathroom toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures.

Summary

So, Planned Companies Building Services (PBS) is looking to hire friendly and detail-oriented Janitors and Custodians to provide common area and bathroom cleaning services.

You’ll be ensuring tenants, guests and vendors have a clean, healthy, and safe property to live or work in. It’s important to be polite and respectful as well as thorough and observant of what more can be done to provide the highest level of service.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
