Job summary

TC Services is seeking an Evening Lead to join our Greenville area cleaning team. This role trains new staff, inspects work, and helps ensure high quality and customer satisfaction across Greenville, Simpsonville, Mauldin, Fountain Inn, and Piedmont.

Shifts are Mon–Fri, 6:00 PM–11:00 PM (25–35 h/w) with rotating weekends. Pay is $15–$17 per hour, paid weekly. Benefits include mileage reimbursement and flexible PTO, plus training and pathways for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must pass a drug screening
• Background check required
• Be able to travel within Greenville, Simpsonville, Mauldin, Fountain Inn, and Piedmont areas
• Must complete the E-Verify process
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to lift/carry 25 lbs and perform repetitive push/pull motions for cleaning without assistance
• Must be at least 21 years old

Responsibilities

• Train and support new employees during onboarding.
• Monitor and inspect work during shifts to ensure quality.
• Complete and submit incident reports when necessary.
• Maintain clear communication with the lead supervisor about daily operations.
• Address inspections or work orders received via email from customers.
• Perform dusting and other janitorial tasks; weekend coverage if needed.
• Cover shifts for absent employees while managing supervisory duties.
• Confirm task completion with the lead supervisor for updates in Cleantelligent.

TC Services, a national leader in commercial cleaning, is seeking a dedicated Evening Leadto join our team in Greenville, South Carolina. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our cleaning services while maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Position Details:
