Job summary

Pro-Serv Commercial Cleaning is seeking Janitorial Floaters to support multiple sites across the Phoenix area. Shifts include Mon/Fri with options for day or night work; morning 8am-4:30pm and evening 5pm-1:30am. The role requires travel between locations using a company vehicle.

You will perform cleaning duties, empty bins, sweep, mop, vacuum, and restock supplies while following safety policies. A background check and drug test are required; a valid driver's license is necessary.

Qualifications

• You must be 18 years old.
• Speak English.
• A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs, sometimes more.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Drug test required.
• General cleaner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Empty wastebaskets and recyclables and transport to disposal area.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum floors; some floors may require scrubbing, waxing, and polishing.
• Stock and replenish supplies.
• Follow safety policies and procedures (locking doors, proper chemicals, reporting incidents).
• Clean restrooms.
• Take out the trash.

Janitorial Floaters at Pro-Serv Commercial Cleaning

Shift: Mon/Fri - Open Availability to work either day or nights.

Morning shift - 8am-4:30pm -

Evening/Night shift: 5pm-1:30am

Hourly Rate: 17.00

Location: Various locations as floater title indicates, using a company vehicle this position requires to travel to multiple locations as needed to perform cleaning tasks.

Job Duties:

• As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail.

You will be:

• Emptying wastebaskets and recyclables and transporting to disposal area.
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors using brooms, mops and manual or backpack vacuum cleaners. Some floors may require scrubbing, waxing, and polishing.
• Stocking and Replenishes Supplies

Requires following safety policies and procedures (such as locking doors, using proper chemicals and reporting incidents).
