Pilot Company is seeking a team-oriented associate to maintain cleanliness and facility upkeep across our travel center in Georgia. You will clean showers, restrooms, and replenish towels while supporting general maintenance tasks to ensure a welcoming environment for every guest.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the ability to lift heavy items as part of daily duties, with a schedule that may include nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be a highly motivated self-starter.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store.
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities.
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers.
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store.
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
