Job summary

4M Building Solutions is hiring a Janitorial Evening Floater (Full Time) in Mankato, MN. You’ll support multiple sites with cleaning, disinfecting, and light maintenance. Training is provided, and no prior janitorial experience is required.

This is a frontline essential role that keeps facilities safe for clients and staff. Schedule: Monday–Friday 5:00 PM–1:30 AM. You’ll receive $26 per hour with a vehicle allowance; daily pay is available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• No janitorial experience is required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Get trained in 4M’s cleaning and disinfecting practices using green-sealed supplies and equipment.
• Be the friendly face of 4M—reliable, courteous, resourceful.
• Wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, and furniture.
• Replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper rolls.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum.
• Report repairs, leaks, and drips as you notice them.

• Covering customer sites in Rochester, Mankato, Faribault, Jackson, Marshall, Blue Earth, and Wells Minnesota
• Drivers License and Reliable personal vehicle required

You’ll be a frontline ESSENTIAL WORKER, trained and ready to tackle a variety of responsibilities including:

• Get trained in 4M’s state‑of‑the‑art cleaning and disinfecting practices using green‑sealed certified supplies and equipment. (No prior experience required.)
• Be the friendly face of 4M. Reliable. Courteous. Resourceful.
• Wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, countertops, and furniture.
• Replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper rolls.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum.
• Be a facility’s valuable extra set of eyes—report necessary repairs, replacements, leaks, and drips as you notice them.
