Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring Janitorial Crew Members for full-time, permanent positions. Shifts vary and include weekends; starting pay is $18.00 per hour. You will clean floors, carpets, windows, restrooms, and perform basic maintenance tasks across multiple sites.

Qualifications include prior cleaning/maintenance experience, ability to travel, and a valid driver license. Benefits exist for part-time staff under 30 hours and company-wide programs may apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in building and warehouse cleaning and maintenance work.
• Ability to travel to various work sites.
• Ability to read safety rules and maintenance manuals.

Responsibilities

• Clean hard surface floors and sanitize, scrub, strip and finish.
• Scrub and burnish floor surfaces (gymnasium floors).
• Steam-clean or shampoo carpets.
• Extract carpet using carpet extractor.
• Wash windows and glass partitions.
• Pressure wash floors and building exteriors.
• Perform minor wall repairs and restock supplies.
• Service restrooms and keep furniture/fixtures clean.
• Back up for crew members in territory when needed.
• Occasional overnight shifts and driving within several states.
