Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Janitorial Crew Member in California. This role offers early-morning shifts from 4 am to 8 am, with pay starting at $17.75 per hour. You will contribute to cleaning and maintenance across various areas, ensuring a tidy, safe environment for customers and staff.

We value reliability, physical stamina, and the ability to follow safety procedures. KBSPresence is used for attendance and shift logging, with benefits available for part-time employees.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Walk and stand for up to 10–12 hours during shifts.
• Ability to read safety rules and procedures (English; Spanish where required).
• Familiarity with company mobile timekeeping app KBSPresence is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs work according to standard procedure and building's schedule.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, and windows.
• Sweep, remove debris, clean spills, and mop floors in sales floor and seating area.
• Clean windows and mirrors; polish stainless steel surfaces.
• Dust fixtures, shelves, and products as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of customer and team restrooms.
• Complete sweep logs, as directed.
• Operate and sanitize all equipment safely.
• Follow health and sanitation procedures and safe work practices.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
