Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Janitorial Crew Member in Mount Juliet, TN. You will perform routine cleaning across rooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, and common areas, following standard procedures and the building's schedule.

The role requires lifting up to 49 pounds, long periods of standing, and good reading skills for safety rules and instructions. Benefit programs and flexible shifts are available to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Walking in and around the facility with great frequency throughout the shift.
• Must be able to stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and safe handling for chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Cleans rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, and windows.
• Sweep, remove debris, clean spills, and mop floors throughout the sales floor and seating area.
• Clean windows and mirrored surfaces; polish stainless steel surfaces.
• Dust fixtures, shelves, and products as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the customer and team member restrooms; complete sweep logs as directed.
