Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) has immediate full-time, permanent openings for Janitorial Crew Members. Starting pay is $16.47 per hour with shifts including days and nights, weekends, and possible overnight work. Travel within a four-to-five state radius may be required. Qualifications

• Experience in building and warehouse cleaning and maintenance work.
• Knowledge of proper floor care techniques for a variety of floor types (e.g., vinyl, tile, carpet, concrete, hardwood).
• Ability to travel to various work sites and drive within a radius.
• Present and maintain a valid driver's license and read safety documents (English; Spanish where required).

Responsibilities

• Clean hard surface floors (sanitize, scrub, strip and finish).
• Scrub and burnish special floor surfaces (e.g., gym floors).
• Steam-clean or shampoo carpets and extract using carpet extractor.
• Wash windows and glass; dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
• Notify managers about major repairs or building operating needs.
• Back up for crew members in territory when needed.
• Requisition supplies and equipment for cleaning tasks.
• Occasional overnight shifts and extensive driving within a multi-state area.
