Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking a Janitorial Crew Member in Morgantown, WV to keep rooms, restrooms, offices, and floors clean according to procedures and schedules.

You will follow health and safety rules, assist with cleanliness across common areas, and use the KBS Presence app for attendance and training. Training and cell-phone reimbursement are provided where required.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Must be able to stand and walk for up to 10–12 hours.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Familiarity with using a timekeeping/app system (KBS Presence).

Responsibilities

• Performs work according to standard procedure and building schedule.
• Cleans rooms, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors; clean windows and fixtures.
• Polish surfaces and dust fixtures as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and common areas.
• Operate equipment safely and follow health procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
