Job summary

The Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) janitorial crew member position offers an engaging, fast-paced environment with opportunities for leadership and growth. You will perform cleaning across rooms, restrooms, offices, and common areas, following standard procedures and the facility's schedule.

Starting pay is $13.00 per hour, with eligibility for benefits including medical insurance, 401k, Quick Pay, and employee discounts. KBSPresence timekeeping is used for attendance and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Ability to read safety rules and procedures in English.
• Able to stand and walk for 10-12 hours.
• Able to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, stairways, and windows.
• Sweep, mop floors, remove debris, clean spills.
• Maintain cleanliness of customer and team member restrooms.
• Complete sweep logs and operate equipment safely.
• Follow health and sanitation procedures and safe work practices.

All non-exempt employees are required to download and use the KBSPresence app on their personal mobile devices to clock in and out for their shifts and breaks. In accordance with applicable local laws, cell phone reimbursement is provided to support the use of personal devices for work-related tasks.
