Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC (KBS) is seeking a Janitorial Crew Member for on-site cleaning duties across our facilities. This role offers a flexible, part-time schedule with growth and leadership opportunities within a fast-paced team.

Starting Pay: $13.79 per hour. Shifts are Sun–Sat from 6am to 10am, supporting a dynamic environment with a focus on safety, hygiene, and reliable attendance. Join a growing company and contribute to clean, welcoming spaces.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds.
• Stand and walk for 10–12 hours.
• Able to read safety rules and procedures in English (Spanish where state required).
• Familiar with health and sanitation procedures and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning according to standard procedures and schedule.
• Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, and windows.
• Sweep, mop, and remove debris on floors and seating areas.
• Dust fixtures and maintain restroom cleanliness.
• Complete daily sweep logs and operate equipment safely.
• Follow safety rules and assist supervisor as needed.

Shifts Available:

Sun- Saturday 6am to 10am

Summary of duties:

• Performs work according to standard procedure and by building's operational schedule.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, and windows.
• Sweep, remove debris, clean spills, and mop floors throughout the sales floor and seating area.
• Clean windows and mirrored surfaces; polish stainless steel surfaces.
• Dust fixtures, shelves, and products as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the customer and team member restrooms (includes cleaning and policing as needed).
• Complete sweep logs, as directed.
• Operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner.
• Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adhere to safe work practices.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager

Requirements for our Janitorial Crew Positions:

• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds
• Walking in and around the facility with great frequency throughout the entire shift
• Must be able to stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenanceinstructions, procedure manuals, and safe handling for chemicals, sheets/documents (generally in English; may have in Spanish where state required)
• KBS utilizes the KBSPresence mobile timekeeping software for accurate recording of employee work hours, attendance management, completion of required training, and distribution of important employment-related information. All non-exempt employees are required to download and use the KBSPresence app on their personal mobile devices to clock in and out for their shifts and breaks. In accordance with applicable local laws, cell phone reimbursement is provided to support the use of personal devices for work-related tasks.
