Job summary

Licking-Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc. at the I-70 Interstate Rest Area in Hebron, OH is seeking a Janitorial Crew Leader for a part-time 2nd shift. The role covers inside cleaning tasks and outdoor grounds work, with duties including restroom cleaning, trash removal, sweeping, mopping, mowing, and seasonal snow removal.

Schedule is Friday through Sunday, 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm, at $18.50 per hour. A signing bonus of $125 is offered along with a background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform outdoor seasonal work after training.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working around the public and performing duties outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Clean restrooms and sweep, mop, and take out trash.
• Perform exterior duties such as mowing, mulching, planting, and parking lot cleanup.
• Snow removal in winter and other duties as assigned.

Job Duties:

• Cleaning restrooms
• Taking out the trash
• Sweeping
• Mopping
• Outside – mowing, weeding, mulching, planting, and trimming trees, picking up litter and debris in the parking lot, emptying grills
• Snow removal during the winter season
• All other duties as assigned

Basic Requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 21 years old
• Must be able to do outdoor seasonal work after training provided for lawn mowing and snow removal
• Pass background check and drug screeningMust be able to work around the traveling public
• Bending, walking, squatting, stooping, lifting 35 pounds
• Stand for 2 hours with break
