Job summary

JMT MANAGEMENT LLC is seeking a dependable janitorial cleaning technician to maintain the cleanliness and safety of our building interior and exterior. You will perform duties such as trash removal, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, restroom service, and minor repairs as needed, while upholding a high standard of cleanliness.

The candidate should have experience with cleaning equipment, strong time management, and a commitment to customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of janitorial experience is preferred.
• Driver’s license or reliable transportation to the worksite is required.
• Experience with a variety of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Excellent stamina and physical health.
• Hard worker with high attention to detail and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the building interior and exterior.
• Vacuum carpets, mop floors, clean restrooms, dust, remove trash and other debris.
• Clean windows, replace light bulbs, service restrooms, and perform minor repairs.
• Wipe spills and other hazards with a mop.
• Secure the building and inspect the premises.
• Use a daily cleaning checklist and notify the manager of major repairs.

Job Summary

We’re looking to hire a hard-working Janitor gal Cleaning Technicianwho can maintain the cleanliness and safety of our building. You’ll be responsible for all cleaning duties of the interior and exterior of the building. This includes trash and debris removal, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning mirrors, cleaning stairwell, full service of restrooms, wipe down and apply stainless steel cleaner where applicable. Other maintenance may include hanging signage, replacing light bulbs and cleaning stained walls. The ideal candidate has a great work ethic, experience with cleaning equipment and supplies, pays attention to detail, has great customer service, the ability to multitask, can work well independently, have great time management skills, reports to work as scheduled, and takes pride in their job.
