Job summary

Buc-ee's Murfreesboro LLC in Murfreesboro, Tennessee is hiring a store cleaning associate responsible for cleaning with light motorized equipment, following the cleaning matrix, and performing light maintenance on store equipment.

This role requires availability for mornings, evenings, overnights, weekdays, weekends and holidays, the ability to stand and walk up to 10 hours, lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work with cleaning chemicals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Availability for mornings, evenings, and overnight shifts as well as weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours on hard and uneven surfaces.
• Experience with the use of cleaning chemicals.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Manually clean and use light commercial motorized cleaning equipment.
• Execute cleaning in accordance with the store cleaning matrix.
• Perform light maintenance on all store equipment.
• Observe safety and security procedures.
• Report unsafe conditions to the General Manager.
• Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.

• Capability to climb ladders and work in elevated places.
• Experience with the use of cleaning chemicals.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision at a rapid pace for extended shifts of 10 hours or more.
• Periodic exposure to all outdoor conditions at all times of day and year.
