Job summary

Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is seeking Janitorial workers for our client in Streetsboro, OH. Pay rate is $17.00/hour with on-call shifts from 6am to 2:30pm and occasional weekends; this is a temp-to-perm placement hire.

Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, offices, and industrial areas, maintaining a safe environment, and performing light housekeeping tasks.

Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

Part-on On-call: 6am – 2:30pm As needed (weekends as needed 5am – 11am or 11am – 5pm)

This is a temp to permanent placement hire!!

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in industrial settings.
Utilizing core skills in industrial cleaning and sanitation
Ensure a safe and hygienic work environment.
Your relevant skills in janitorial experience, food production, and manufacturing will be valuable in meeting industry standards.
Additionally, your ability to perform heavy lifting and your experience in commercial cleaning will contribute to the efficiency of the cleaning process.
This is for an industrial plant. Manual labor.

Job Duties:

• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Empty trash and recycling containers.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, desks, and equipment.
• Clean windows, doors, walls, and other surfaces as needed.
• Restock restroom and cleaning supplies.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Clean and sanitize high-touch areas such as door handles and handrails.
• Perform light housekeeping and general cleaning duties.
• Follow proper safety procedures when using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or supply shortages.
• Assist with maintaining a safe, clean, and sanitary facility.
