Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a reliable Janitorial Cleaner to perform a variety of cleaning duties across assigned facilities in Tampa, FL. You will help maintain a clean, safe environment and support daily operations by completing tasks efficiently and with attention to detail.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing restrooms, emptying trash, cleaning windows, and reporting maintenance issues. Prior cleaning experience is a plus, and a high school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or general cleaning roles is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure hygiene standards are met

• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
• Maintain and store cleaning equipment and supplies properly
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the supervisor
• Assistwith setup and cleanup for meetings, events, or special projects as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and company protocols related to cleaning and sanitation
