Job summary

clean team in Lima, OH seeks a dependable Janitorial Cleaner for evenings. You will keep a medical building clean, neat, and safe, independently during your shift.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Be dependable and arrive on time.
• Able to work Monday–Friday 5:00 PM–9:00 PM.
• Stand for most of the shift and perform cleaning tasks.
• Follow directions with limited supervision and maintain a neat space.

The right person will help keep the building's common areas clean and ready for staff, patients, and visitors each day.

Job Duties

Clean and maintain common areas throughout the medical building.

Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors as needed.

Clean and wipe down high-touch surfaces.

Keep elevators clean and free of dirt and marks.

Clean stairways, steps, and handrails.

Empty trash cans and replace liners as needed.

Check work areas to make sure they look neat and clean.

Follow cleaning steps and safety rules.

Use cleaning supplies and equipment the right way.

Report any damage, safety concerns, or supply needs to a supervisor.

Complete assigned tasks during each shift.

Requirements

Must have a valid driver's license.

Must be dependable and arrive to work on time.

Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Must be able to work on your feet for most of the shift.

Must be able to bend, reach, walk, and perform regular cleaning tasks.

Must be able to follow directions and work with limited supervision.

Must pay attention to details and take pride in keeping the building clean.

Must treat the medical building, its staff, patients, and visitors with respect.

Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is helpful but not required.
