Job summary

Marsden South is hiring Janitorial Cleaners in Irving, TX for a Monday–Friday shift, with possible weekend work. Typical schedule is 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, totaling about 40 hours per week, with an hourly rate of $16.69.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, stocking supplies, and following safety procedures. Candidates must meet clearance and background requirements and be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• You must be 18 years old.
• Be able to comply with a fingerprint clearance.
• Be able to comply with a drug test.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for openings.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum floors using brooms and vacuums.
• Stock and replenish supplies.
• Follow safety policies and report incidents.
• Clean restrooms.
• Take out the trash.
• Sanitize areas.

Janitorial Cleaners at Marsden South

Location: Irving, TX.

Requirements

• You must be 18 years old.
• Be able to comply with a fingerprint clearance
• Be able to comply with a drug test
• A valid driver’s license will be required for most of current openings
• A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required
• Able to lift up to 30lbs

Job Duties

• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, using brooms, mops and manual or backpack vacuum cleaners. Some floors may require scrubbing, waxing, and polishing.
• Stocking and Replenishes Supplies
• Requires following safety policies and procedures (such as locking doors, using proper chemicals and reporting incidents).
• Cleaning Restrooms
• Taking out the trash
• Sanitizing
