Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a reliable Janitorial Cleaner to perform a variety of cleaning duties across assigned facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and orderly environment for employees, clients, and visitors. The shift is Sunday to Thursday, 7:00 PM to 3:30 AM, at $15 per hour, with ABM offering a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous janitorial/custodial experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing floors and surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and maintain hygiene standards.
• Empty trash and recycling bins according to company policies.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
• Maintain and store cleaning equipment and supplies properly.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the supervisor.
• Assist with setup and cleanup for meetings, events, or special projects as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and company protocols related to cleaning and sanitation.
