Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a reliable Janitorial Cleaner to perform a variety of cleaning duties across assigned facilities. This role ensures a clean, safe environment for employees, clients, and visitors while supporting daily operations.

The position is full-time, on-site, with an hourly pay range of $18.00 to $21.00. Prior janitorial or custodial experience is a plus, and attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous janitorial/custodial experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing floors and surfaces
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure hygiene standards
• Empty trash and recycling; dispose of waste per policy
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
• Maintain and store cleaning equipment and supplies
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisor
• Assist with setup and cleanup for meetings or events
• Follow safety procedures and company protocols

Pay: $ 18.00 - $ 21.00 PER HR
