The role involves handling cleaning equipment, following safety procedures, and reporting issues to the supervisor. Prior janitorial experience and ability to work independently are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in janitorial or custodial roles is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing floors and surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and maintain hygiene standards.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste according to company policies.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to maintain clarity.
• Maintain and store cleaning equipment and supplies properly.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and supply shortages to the supervisor.
• Assist with setup and cleanup for meetings, events, or special projects as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and company protocols related to cleaning and sanitation.
