Job summary

MSNW Group in the Pacific Northwest is seeking a full-time Janitor Associate Supervisor who will lead cleaning teams across client sites, ensure safety, and maintain high standards of cleanliness. You will supervise daily activities, coordinate staff scheduling, and report absences.

This role requires strong communication, dependability, and the ability to manage supplies and admin tasks using Microsoft software. Weekend work is possible to support operations, with a 5:00 PM–1:00 AM shift.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to supervise janitorial staff and coordinate schedules.
• Experience with inventory and supply management.
• Willingness to work weekends to support operations.
