Job summary

Walmart is seeking janitorial associates in Princeton, IN to maintain the cleanliness of our stores—from the parking lot to restrooms and the receiving area. You will play a key role in ensuring a welcoming, safe, and well-kept shopping environment.

This full-time position offers shifts including Opening and Morning hours, with compensation that includes hourly pay plus performance incentives and benefits such as health coverage and paid time off.

Job description

Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
