Job summary

Walmart Supercenter in Poplar Bluff, MO is hiring a part-time Janitorial Associate to keep our store clean from the parking lot to restrooms and receiving areas. You’ll help create a safe, welcoming shopping environment and support store operations with diligent cleaning and safety practices.

Available shifts include Mid-Shift and Closing. The role offers a competitive hourly wage starting at $15–$28 per hour, plus performance incentives and standard Walmart benefits.

Job description

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
