Job Overview

Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They look after the cleanliness of the store from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area, and maintain a clean and safe environment.

Employment Details

• Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour.
• Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
• Employment Type: Part‑Time.
• Available shifts: Mid‑Shift, Closing.
• Location: Walmart Supercenter #1385, 3000 E Franklin Blvd, Gastonia, NC 28056, US.
