Walmart is hiring janitorial associates at Walmart Supercenter #5399 in Dixon, IL. You will maintain cleanliness from parking lot to restrooms and the receiving area to ensure a safe, welcoming store for customers.

We offer hourly pay ranging from $15 to $28 with performance incentives and a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, dental, 401(k) and paid time off. Overnight shifts are available for both full-time and part-time positions.

• Maintain cleanliness across store areas (parking lot to restrooms).
• Keep receiving area, floors and main areas safe and organized.
• Assist with trash, sweeping and general janitorial tasks as assigned.

Job description

Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
