Job summary

Walmart Supercenter Covington, VA is seeking janitorial associates to ensure customers have a great first and last impression by keeping the store clean from parking lot to restrooms.

This full-time role offers an hourly wage between $14.50 and $27.50 with additional premiums based on schedule, facility, or work performed, plus comprehensive benefits, PTO, and education programs through Live Better U.

• Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They look after the cleanliness of the store from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area, they maintain a clean and safe environment.

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $14.5 - $27.5 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
