Walmart Supercenter in Columbia, SC is hiring janitorial associates to keep our store clean from the parking lot to restrooms and the receiving area, ensuring a great first and last impression for customers.

Full-Time opportunities with openings on morning shifts. Competitive hourly wage ranging from $14 to $27, plus additional incentives and comprehensive benefits including health coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and Live Better U education programs.

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
