Walmart Supercenter #1528 in Cedar Rapids, IA is hiring a full-time janitorial associate. You will keep the store clean from the parking lot to restrooms and receiving areas, helping create a safe and welcoming shopping environment.

Available shifts include Mid-Shift and Closing. The role offers competitive hourly pay between $15 and $28 per hour, plus annual or quarterly performance incentives and various benefits.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
