Job summary

GDI, Inc. is seeking a detailed-oriented General Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in one of our facilities. This role supports a clean, safe work environment and requires reliable, punctual performance.

Schedule Hours: 5:30pm to 9:00pm, Monday through Friday. Duties include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing restrooms and breakrooms, dusting, restocking supplies, and reporting maintenance needs to the supervisor. Ability to lift 50 pounds and work with the crew is essential.

• Physically able to lift 50 pounds and perform tasks.
• Good time management and attention to detail.
• Must listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum and scrub floors.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Dust furniture, fixtures and equipment.
• Clean windows and glass partitions.
• Replenish soap, paper towels and toilet paper.

We are seeking a detailed-oriented and hardworking General Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in one of our facilities.

Schedule Hours:

5:30pm to 9:00pm (Monday-Friday)

Job Duties:

• Sweep, mop, vacuum and scrub floors in assigned areas.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and other common areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Dust furniture, fixtures and equipment.
• Clean windows, glass partition, and equipment.
• Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to supervisor
