Job summary

Campbell Property Management in Lake Worth, TX is seeking a reliable Janitor to maintain cleanliness and safety across our property. The successful candidate will perform general cleaning tasks, monitor supply levels, and report discrepancies to supervision.

This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 or 5:00 p.m., with a required drug screening and background check. Candidates must live within 30 minutes of Lake Worth/Greenacres area.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform general cleaning duties and operate cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, carpet shampooing, dusting, polishing, trash disposal, light bulb replacement, and window cleaning.
• Clean and polish elevators daily; ensure mirrors and surfaces are spotless.
• Remove trash from premises and assist with emergency cleaning when required.
• Monitor cleaning supply levels and inform Supervisor when replenishment is needed.
• Report any discrepancies, damages, or deficiencies to Supervisor.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The Janitor is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of assigned areas. This role involves performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, shampooing carpets, dusting, polishing, trash disposal, replacing light bulbs, and window cleaning.
• Clean and polish elevators daily, ensuring mirrors and surfaces remain spotless.
• Remove trash from premises and assist with emergency cleaning when required.
• Monitor cleaning and maintenance supply levels and inform Supervisor when replenishment is needed.
• As applicable, clean and sanitize restrooms including:
• Sweeping and mopping floors.
• Refilling dispensers (hand towels, toilet paper, soap, etc.).
• Cleaning and disinfecting toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, and counters.
• Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste properly.
• Reporting any discrepancies, damages, or deficiencies to Supervisor.

Full-Time Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm or 8am-5pm
