Responsibilities

Construction cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, wiping, vacuuming, running floor scrubbers, and other general cleaning duties.

• Work on hands and knees as required.
• Use at least a 4’ step ladder for elevated work.

DRESS CODE / REQUIRED EVERYDAY YOU COME TO WORK

• PPE: Hard Hat (must provide own; available at Menards, Home Depot, Lowes).
• Pants: Jeans or work pants with no holes or sagging, covering down to the steel-toe boot; no capris, sweatpants, leggings, shorts, etc.
• Shirt: T‑shirt with no holes or offensive print, at least a 3/4 sleeve; no tank tops or spaghetti straps.
• Footwear: Steel-toed or composite-toed boots; no tennis shoes or open-toed footwear.

Job Requirements and Company Policies

• Cell phones: No use during work hours; allowed during personal hours on breaks and lunch. Abuse may result in removal from site.
• Smoking/vaping: Follow supervisor’s protocol; no smoking or vaping during working hours or in company vehicles.
• Breaks: Bring food and water; no deliveries at the job site; do not leave the site during break times.
