Job summary

New Millennium is seeking a diligent maintenance and safety-focused worker to support our growing safety program and daily operations in Fallon, NV. Responsibilities include handling steel scrap, loading/unloading trucks, and maintaining inventory of welding supplies.

The role requires excellent communication, teamwork, self-motivation, and a willingness to work overtime when needed, along with basic mechanized and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain personal safety and coworker safety as the safety program grows.
• Dump steel scrap and manage trash dumpsters.
• Load and unload trucks with various freight.
• Keep welding supply inventories weekly and maintain other inventories.
• Supply Joist & Deck lines with weld wire and paint trailer dunnage.
• Perform lawn maintenance and general ground upkeep.
• Snow removal as needed.
• Operate mobile equipment (forklifts, tractors).
• Make part runs and coordinate pickups/drops for outside vendors.
• Provide lines with water, Gatorade, and ice during summer.

• Loading and unloading trucks with various freight


• Keep welding supply inventories and other inventories weekly


• Supply Joist & Deck lines with weld wire and paint trailer dunnage


• Lawn maintenance and mowing anything related to ground maintenance.


• Snow Removal


• Experience with mobile equipment (Forklifts, tractors)


• Making part runs and picking up and dropping off equipment part repairs where needed to outside vendors.


• Supply the lines with water, Gatorade, and ice during summer months
