The John Stewart Company is seeking a full-time janitorial team member for our Sacramento property portfolio. You will perform a wide variety of cleaning duties with a focus on safety, efficiency, and high standards of cleanliness across common areas and units.
The role requires at least three years of experience in multi-family housing janitorial work, knowledge of hazardous waste handling and recycling, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs. We offer benefits and a supportive work environment.

SUMMARY OF THE POSITION:
Performs a wide variety of janitorial duties. Nature of work require emphasis on safe work practices, sustained physical effort, trouble shooting, problem solving, attention to detail, customer service and time management.
Pay Range: $21.00/Hr. - $23.00/Hr.
