Job summary

Red River Sanitors in Shreveport, LA is seeking a dedicated custodian to clean client buildings, perform dusting, mopping, sweeping, and restroom maintenance throughout shifts, and help present a positive company image.

The role offers daytime or night-time schedules, paid on-the-job training, a safe work environment, and opportunities for growth. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 5 PM to 8:45 PM, with full benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, PTO, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Clean client buildings throughout the shift (dusting, mopping, sweeping, restroom cleaning, trash removal).
• Maximize quality of service and present a positive company image.
• Use supplies and equipment properly to clean facilities.
• Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency, quality, and customer service.

What Custodians Do

• Efficiently working throughout the entire work shift to clean client buildings (dusting, mopping, sweeping, cleaning restrooms, and trash pulling)
