ESFM, a division of Compass Group USA, keeps a portfolio of facilities management and janitorial services for diverse clients. This part-time janitor role requires prior cleaning experience, ability to follow directions, and independent work ethic.

The position offers a part-time schedule Mon-Fri with pay ranging from $14 to $15 per hour, and benefits through ESFM for both part-time and full-time staff. Applications accepted online; location is at 3M facility in Quapaw, OK.

Responsabilidades

• Keeps buildings clean and orderly.
• Performs heavy cleaning tasks including floor cleaning, rug shampooing, wall and glass washing.
• Disposes of trash following procedures and infection control plans.
• Dusts and damp mops floors.
• Moves and repositions furniture for cleaning.
• Cleans areas with designated materials and equipment and sanitizes surfaces.
• Washes walls, windows, furniture, baseboards to maintain a clean environment.
• Completes tasks as assigned by supervisor and adheres to guidelines.
• Contributes to team and maintains professionalism with customers and staff.

• Location: 3M - 3250 South 614 Road, Quapaw, OK 74363 Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Part time schedule. Monday - Friday, hours may vary. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Janitorial experience, sanitation knowledge, and the ability to follow directions and work independently are required. Willing to train.
• Pay Range:$14.00per hour to$15.00per hour

Job Summary

Summary: Keeps buildings clean and orderly. Performs heavy cleaning duties, including cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans.
• Dusts and damp mops floors following approved procedures.
• Moves equipment and furniture for proper cleaning and place furniture back in correct placement.
• Cleans assigned areas with the use of assigned materials and equipment. Sanitize all surfaces. Follows the eight-step cleaning procedure.
• Washes walls, windows, furniture, baseboards and other items to maintain a clean, safe environment for patients, visitors and staff.
• Seeks out areas requiring cleaning; takes initiative to complete the task.
• Completes all tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Performs tasks in accordance with all federal, state and county guidelines.
• Strips, scrubs, buffs and refinishes floors; shampoos carpet.
• Contributes to the team; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
