Job summary

CompoSecure is seeking a dedicated facilities cleaner to maintain the cleanliness of our manufacturing and office spaces in Franklin Township, NJ. Responsibilities include daily cleaning of bathrooms and break rooms, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and waste management to uphold a safe and sanitary environment.

The role requires 1+ year of relevant experience, familiarity with cleaning equipment, and a cooperative, self-motivated attitude.

Qualifications

• A minimum 1 year (or more) of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical or motorized cleaning equipment.
• High School Graduate preferred.
• Task oriented; excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize workload.
• Enthusiastic attitude; cooperative team player; adaptable to new or changing circumstances; professional demeanor; self-motivated; creative and innovative.
• Utilize strong English language skills, both spoken and written, to interact effectively with team members and complete job tasks.

Responsibilities

• Engage and support companywide Safety and Cleanliness programs
• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Position Overview

• Daily cleaning of all lunch/break rooms;
• Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, etc

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs;
• Must be able to sustain physical work for 8+ hours per day including the following:
  • Standing
  • Reaching and pulling
  • Sight
  • Walking through shop
  • Bending, climbing and crouching.
• Office environment is of moderate noise level.
• Shop noise levels are such that protective ear-coverings are recommended.
• Grease, oil and water exposure.
• Sometimes subject to external weather conditions.
• Overtime and some weekends required.
