Northland Staffing Solutions is looking to hire Janitorial Managers for our clients based in Minneapolis and St. Paul. These Managers will need to manage crews of 10-50 people. These positions will be working at various Sports Stadiums and Arenas located in the Twin Cities. Previous cleaning, janitorial or maintenance experience is beneficial. Prior management or supervisory experience is a must.

The qualified candidates will be used to working in a warehouse, production or commercial setting. The qualified Janitorial Manager will be able to interact with a wide range of people and must be organized. Responsibilities will include timekeeping, production scheduling and training/supervising of employees.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. Most of the hours available will be evening, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities of the Janitorial Manager

• Supervise employees performing various cleaning/janitorial tasks
• Training employees on various cleaning and janitorial duties
• Manage timekeeping and production scheduling

Requirements of the Janitorial Manager

• Must be in good physical condition, will need to be walking and on your feet for extended periods of time
• Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial or maintenance preferred
• Previous experience in management or supervisory roles a must
• Strong verbal and written communication skills a must
