Elwyn is seeking a reliable Janitor to maintain clean offices, restrooms, and common areas across our facilities. This role requires attention to detail, timely task completion, and safe handling of cleaning supplies.

Qualifications

• Thorough cleaning knowledge preferred.
• Meet and maintain Homeland Security Presidential Directive (HSPD) 12 clearance.
• A current Real ID or valid U.S. Passport is required for security clearances at federal sites.
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow basic instructions and adapt to changes in workload.
• Ability to work with a diverse staff and maintain professional conduct.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well in a team with minimal supervision.
• Identify problems and take appropriate action.
• Excellent customer interaction and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs general cleaning tasks in offices, restrooms, and general areas.
• Maintains cleanliness to an acceptable quality level and completes tasks as scheduled.
• Communicates with team members to coordinate work and conditions.
• Brings correct tools and supplies to the work area for each task.
• Keeps area neat and stock of cleaning cart maintained; informs supervisor when needed.
• Assists supervision and management, including snow removal when required.
