Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is seeking a Janitor to join the team in a part-time capacity in Schaumburg, IL. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environment for guests and teammates alike.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• The desire and ability to be pleasant, upbeat and sociable throughout the workday.
• Be able to work a varied schedule to include days, nights, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors by greeting them in a friendly and positive manner.
• Perform general clean-up of all areas of the building- dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming etc.
• Maintain routine upkeep of all exterior areas, green space and parking lot.
• Remove trash and garbage daily.
• Stock and maintain supply rooms and closets.
• Handle emergency clean ups as directed.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Properly use cleaning chemicals, safety attire and tools
• Observe, instruct and monitor Guests for safety and guideline adherence.
• Constant working knowledge of Andretti brand, product and policies and procedures.
• Communicate clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with Guests and fellow co-workers.
• Performs Opening, Running and Closing department duties as assigned.
• Prior guest service or hospitalityexperience is preferred.

Position Summary

An Andretti Janitorisa part-time role responsible for anticipating guest needs, and exceeding guest service expectations all while providing a fun and exciting atmosphere. All positions are responsible for assisting guests in various areas, in many capacities, and following Andretti Indoor Karting and Games high standards of quality Guest satisfaction.
